AJAX, SMAY-JAX. What does it mean for you? To start, speed. The new email grid is way faster and more efficient on our servers. What's even better, the columns are now sortable!

Autocomplete address book

Our autocomplete message composition window is pretty slick. Just start typing and we automatically search the previous tickets you've sent and received and provide accurate results to save you time. Go ahead, try it out.

Is Helperoo free?

Yes! We offer a free (albeit slightly stripped down) version of Helperoo and a pay (fully featured) version.

What do I need to use Helperoo?

All you need is a modern web browser. Currently, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 7 are supported. We wish we could provide Internet Explorer 6 support but with less and less people using it, it just didn't make our list of priorities.

How long does it take to get setup?

We've done it in less than 5 minutes. We feel confident in saying you can be setup within 10 minutes or less.

How does it work?

Since we don't do POP3 checking, all you need to do is forward (or redirect) your company support mailbox to the private email address we provide.

What kind of support do you offer?

While we only have email based support (powered by Helperoo no less) we will always do our very best to answer emails as quickly as possible.

My company has multiple support technicians, is Helperoo right for me?

Unfortunately, unless you can get away with a single account login, no. By far, the most requested feature is exactly this and it should arrive sometime right around version 2.0.

Can my company use a custom SMTP server?

Again, this is real high up on our user requested feature list and we're going to try and have it in by version 2.0.

What billing types do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

What currency does Helperoo charge in?

We bill in U.S. dollars.

Where are you guys located?

Helperoo, which is owned by Meticulo, is located in Calgary, Canada.

How secure and confidential is my data?

Very. We use industry leading encryption and backup services. In the event of any disaster we have multiple copies of the data on hand.

Can I cancel my account?

Of course. You are free to cancel your Helperoo account at any time.

What kind of money back guarantee does Helperoo have?

We offer a full, unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. Naturally, this only applies to the first months service.
